What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power job discovery and matching algorithms
• Work with large-scale datasets to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights for product improvements
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Develop preprocessing pipelines and feature engineering strategies to enhance model performance
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to validate model effectiveness in production environments
• Monitor deployed models and iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback
• Contribute to our technical documentation and share knowledge across engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• Solid foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms
• Experience building, training, and evaluating machine learning models in production settings
• Comfortable working with SQL and data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional partners
