Test Engineer

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is hiring a Test Engineer for our Phoenix, Maricopa County office. In this hands-on role, you'll design, develop, and execute testing strategies that ensure mission-critical systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

About the Role

As a Test Engineer at ASM Research, you'll be central to our quality assurance efforts, working across the entire testing lifecycle to validate complex systems. You'll partner closely with development, systems, and stakeholder teams to ensure every release meets rigorous functional, technical, and performance benchmarks. This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, Maricopa County.

What You'll Do

• Design and participate in review of test strategies, requirements specifications, and system architectures to identify testing gaps early
• Build and maintain automated test scripts that validate functional behavior, technical specifications, and system performance under load
• Plan and execute comprehensive test events, including test scheduling, script execution, tracking, and result reporting
• Analyze test outcomes and communicate findings to engineering teams and project stakeholders
• Identify defects and regressions, documenting issues with sufficient detail for rapid remediation
• Collaborate closely with developers and architects to understand system design and improve overall testability

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in quality assurance and test engineering, with demonstrated proficiency in test automation
• Strong command of test case development, test planning, and test execution methodologies
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automated tests for functional, technical, and performance validation
• Skill in analyzing complex systems and translating technical findings for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with test management tools, version control systems, and continuous integration workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
