About the Role
As an Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory Analyst, you will serve as a technical specialist in the Accenture Flex program, working on fixed-duration, project-based engagements. Your expertise in Epic's Willow platform will be instrumental in helping healthcare clients streamline ambulatory operations, improve clinical workflows, and maximize system adoption across their care delivery networks.
What You'll Do
- Configure and optimize Epic Willow ambulatory modules to align with client-specific clinical and operational needs
- Analyze current-state workflows and design solutions that enhance provider efficiency and patient experience
- Conduct user training and change management support to ensure successful system utilization
- Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve issues, and validate solutions
- Document configurations, workflows, and best practices to support ongoing system management
- Support testing activities, including build verification and user acceptance testing
What We're Looking For
- Active Epic Willow certification or demonstrated equivalent expertise
- Proven experience configuring ambulatory workflows within Epic environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and ambulatory care delivery models
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for clinical teams
- Experience with healthcare system implementations or optimization projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare IT or clinical informatics
