The Opportunity

This role bridges Finance Operations and business intelligence, bringing analytical rigor and technical expertise to organisations undergoing digital transformation. As a Measurement & Report Specialist at Accenture, you'll own the lifecycle of financial reporting systems, translating complex data into actionable business metrics. You'll work within Intelligent Finance Operations frameworks, collaborating across teams to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and stakeholder confidence in financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain financial reporting databases and data warehouses aligned with business requirements and regulatory standards
• Create and automate performance dashboards and financial reports that drive executive decision-making
• Validate data integrity across source systems and reconcile discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with finance teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot database performance issues, optimise queries, and ensure system scalability
• Document processes, maintain data governance frameworks, and train stakeholders on reporting tools and methodologies
• Support system upgrades and the integration of new technologies within Finance Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, any relevant discipline, or MBA qualification
• 7 to 11 years of professional experience in financial reporting, database administration, or Finance Operations
• Strong technical expertise in database design, SQL, and reporting tools (SAP, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
