About This Position
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our AI and Machine Learning Computational Science function. You will direct the development and delivery of computational science solutions and AI-driven programmes for clients spanning diverse industries. Based in India, you will drive innovation and operational excellence whilst managing complex, multi-geography engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams implementing machine learning and computational science solutions
- Manage large-scale technology for operations programmes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Establish technical direction and architectural frameworks for AI and computational problem-solving
- Build and develop high-performing senior technical talent and delivery teams
- Partner with enterprise clients to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures
- Oversee quality, risk management, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent programmes
Who We're Looking For
- 16 to 25 years' experience in technology delivery, AI/ML engineering, or computational science
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent professional background)
- Demonstrated mastery of programme and project management practices
- Proven track record leading large technical organisations through transformation initiatives
- Strong foundation in machine learning, data science, or computational methodologies
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple industries and operating models
