What You'll Do
- Architect and oversee enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud deployments and AI-driven solutions
- Build and mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce platform strategies across multiple clouds
- Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks for data management, AI implementation, and platform optimization
- Lead technical pursuit strategy, solution design, and RFP responses for high-impact client engagements
- Guide multi-cloud integrations leveraging Salesforce Lightning, Einstein, and Bolt capabilities
- Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure solution quality and successful adoption
- Stay ahead of Salesforce platform evolution and emerging AI capabilities in the enterprise space
What We're Looking For
- Master Salesforce certification with expertise in Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or equivalent advanced specializations
- 8+ years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated success architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and industries
- Strong foundation in data architecture, cloud integration patterns, or enterprise AI strategy
- Proven leadership managing technical architects or senior engineering teams
- Deep expertise in Salesforce APIs, integration frameworks, and extensibility approaches
- Ability to influence and communicate with client executive and technical leadership
