Position Summary
As a General Plumber with Synergy Preserve, you'll install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems across our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You'll work directly with property owners and facility managers to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure every job meets our standards for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose plumbing problems using appropriate testing equipment and tools
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently
- Respond to service calls and emergency plumbing needs
- Communicate clearly with clients about issues, solutions, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
- Follow safety protocols and local building codes on every job
Requirements
- Valid journeyman plumber's license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards
- Proficiency with standard plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Wichita County
