- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and equipment failures
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset performance
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance programmes to minimise guest disruption
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations in hospitality, property management, or similar facilities-intensive environments
- Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Mechanical aptitude and practical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and maintenance practices
- Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
