Marketing Graduate

Join Premier in Midrand, North Johannesburg, as a Marketing Graduate on a full-time basis. You'll contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns whilst supporting product innovation initiatives across multiple target audiences.

What This Role Involves

As a Marketing Graduate at Premier, you'll work within our dynamic marketing teams to help develop and deliver campaign strategies that reach diverse customer segments. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting through-the-line (TTL) marketing efforts, from initial concept through to measuring real-world impact. This role offers meaningful exposure to integrated campaign management, data-driven insights, and collaborative project work—all whilst developing your professional expertise in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audience segments
• Provide project management support for product innovation and go-to-market initiatives
• Collect, organise, and analyse campaign data to measure marketing effectiveness and TTL impact
• Compile case studies and produce marketing reports that demonstrate campaign success and key learnings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with Premier's strategic approach and brand values
• Contribute to the ongoing development of campaign materials and supporting documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams
• Basic data literacy and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Enthusiasm for learning marketing practices and Premier's distinctive approach
