About This Position

IIE Rosebank College is seeking an experienced and dedicated part-time Business Management lecturer for our Bloemfontein, Mangaung campus. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive lectures in business management theory and practice
• Create engaging course materials aligned with industry standards and curriculum requirements
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student assignments and examinations
• Support student development through office hours and mentorship
• Collaborate with fellow lecturers to enhance the business management programme
• Stay current with business trends and integrate real-world examples into teaching

What You Bring

• A postgraduate qualification in Business Management or a closely related discipline
• Proven teaching experience in higher education or professional training environments
• Deep knowledge of business management principles, strategy, and organisational behaviour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to inspire and engage diverse learner cohorts
• Professional experience in the business sector (preferred)
