Domino's is hiring a full-time General Manager at our Reading, PA location to lead operations and inspire a winning team. As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store performance and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a leader to manage our North Fifth Highway store. You'll have full responsibility for team leadership, daily operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This is your opportunity to build a strong franchise location while developing your skills in business management, team development, and operational excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve consistent service and quality standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation to reduce waste and maintain quality
- Handle scheduling, payroll administration, and hiring to support store staffing needs
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and work toward profitability goals
- Ensure food safety and health code compliance across all operations
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues to build lasting relationships
- Maintain store facility, equipment, and cleanliness according to brand standards
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated management experience in food service or retail environments
- Strong leadership abilities with proven success motivating and developing team members
- Comfort with financial management, including budgets, P&L analysis, and performance tracking
- Customer service excellence and sound decision-making skills
- Understanding of food safety protocols and restaurant industry best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED; restaurant management experience or QSR background preferred
