The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's in Dover, you'll be the frontline connection between our customers and our brand. This full-time position offers the chance to develop your customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, in-person, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
- Accurately process and log customer orders into our point-of-sale system
- Manage payment transactions and handle cash and card payments securely
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Support store operations by coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven customer service experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems and technology

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet your state's minimum working age requirement
