Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, order accuracy, and delivery coordination
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure consistent performance and company standard compliance
• Monitor inventory, manage costs, and report on store performance metrics to Store Management
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards are upheld every shift
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to build loyalty and satisfaction
• Support cash handling, daily deposits, and accurate point-of-sale operations

• Prior supervisory or management experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or retail
• Strong communication and team motivation abilities
