What You'll Do

• Support daily store operations and assist the General Manager in achieving business objectives
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service and food quality standards
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and financial reconciliation
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and product quality to maintain compliance and profitability
• Ensure adherence to food safety and health protocols across all store operations
• Assist with staff scheduling and workforce planning to meet customer demand
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Prior experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Food handling knowledge and commitment to health and safety standards
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to support a team-focused culture
