Domino's in Warwick, RI is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead our 2247 Warwick Ave location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop management expertise while building a strong team in our fast-paced pizza delivery and carryout business.

You'll function as a key member of the management team at our Warwick location, working directly with the Store Manager to drive daily operations and maintain our high standards for quality and service. In this hands-on role, you'll blend restaurant operations knowledge with team leadership, managing everything from staff performance to food safety compliance. This position is ideal for someone ready to grow into larger management responsibility within the Domino's organization.

Core Duties

• Recruit, train, and supervise delivery associates, pizza makers, and inside staff
• Build and maintain work schedules while tracking team performance and attendance
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health department regulations
• Monitor food preparation quality, order accuracy, and timely delivery
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Manage cash operations, inventory tracking, and product ordering
• Keep the store organized, clean, and properly maintained
• Execute promotional campaigns and community involvement activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role in retail, food service, or hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop employees
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proficiency with cash, inventory, and basic business math
• Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
