Quality Technician

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections and quality testing of products using established procedures and technical specifications
• Record and analyze test results, measurements, and quality data with precision and accuracy
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances; escalate findings to production and engineering teams
• Verify product compliance with Allegion's quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot quality issues collaboratively with operations and technical staff
• Maintain organized documentation and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and precision in technical work
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Physical capability to perform testing, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or testing environments preferred
