Allegion is hiring a full-time Channel Marketing Program Manager to join its team in Carmel, IN — with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the EST or CST time zones.
About the Role
This position sits at the intersection of channel strategy and program execution, giving you the opportunity to shape how Allegion's security solutions reach distributors, dealers, and end-user markets across North America. You'll own the design, launch, and ongoing management of channel marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement and measurable revenue growth for one of the world's leading security companies.
What You'll Do
- Develop, launch, and manage channel marketing programs — including co-op, MDF, and partner incentive structures — aligned to regional and national sales goals
- Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and category teams to build go-to-market plans that resonate with Allegion's distributor and dealer network
- Create and maintain partner-facing marketing assets, playbooks, and enablement materials that make it easy for channel partners to promote Allegion brands
- Track program performance through defined KPIs, analyze results, and translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage program budgets with rigor, ensuring investments deliver clear ROI across the channel
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and timelines, keeping internal stakeholders and external partners aligned throughout program cycles
- Stay current on competitive positioning and channel marketing trends to identify new program opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or trade marketing — ideally within a B2B, building products, or security industry context
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical mindset: comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data to drive program decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing partner-facing content and internal marketing presentations
- Collaborative approach to working across sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, or channel management platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote EST/CST environment while staying tightly connected to a distributed team
