Position Summary

As Assistant Manager at this Van Alstyne Domino's franchise, you'll serve as a key member of the management team responsible for store operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. You'll work full-time to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, mentor crew members, and uphold Domino's quality and service standards at 385 N Henry Hynds Expressway.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
• Manage inventory, food preparation quality, and product specifications
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and daily financial reporting
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance throughout the store
• Support scheduling, training, and development of team members
• Assist in promotional activities and community engagement initiatives

Who We're Looking For
