You'll partner with our Store Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations while building and mentoring a strong team. Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including shift oversight, inventory control, and cash management
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members to maintain consistent service standards
• Uphold food safety, health, and quality protocols across all food preparation and service
• Drive sales performance and work toward store revenue and profitability targets
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and customers
• Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or quick-service restaurant settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to motivate and train diverse teams in a high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as operational needs require
• Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen setting and standing for extended periods
• Commitment to maintaining food safety standards and regulatory compliance
