Domino's is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager(05531) at our store located at 1613 Raleigh Road Parkway West in Wilson, NC. We're looking for a motivated leader to help drive store operations and customer satisfaction in this dynamic role.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager(05531) supports day-to-day operations at our Wilson location, helping to ensure smooth restaurant performance, outstanding customer service, and a positive team environment. You'll report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving sales and service goals while maintaining operational excellence across all shifts.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and develop team members across kitchen, delivery, and customer-facing roles
• Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service standards
• Oversee food preparation quality, portion control, and adherence to Domino's standards
• Coordinate delivery operations and monitor customer order fulfillment and satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and work with management to control costs and reduce waste
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain loyalty and positive feedback
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Support promotional initiatives and sales-building activities to meet store targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant, retail, or quick-service food management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer literacy for scheduling and reporting systems
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a kitchen environment
