The Opportunity
Domino's is looking for energetic, reliable delivery drivers to join our Fort Worth team. Whether you're starting your first job or looking for steady employment with flexible hours, this role offers real earning potential through base pay and customer tips. You'll work independently, manage your time, and interact directly with customers throughout the Fort Worth area.
Core Duties
- Deliver Domino's pizzas, sides, and specialty items to customers across the Fort Worth delivery zone
- Use GPS navigation and delivery instructions to locate addresses accurately and meet delivery windows
- Collect payment, process card transactions, and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle suitable for regular delivery work
- Follow food safety and customer service standards on every run
- Communicate professionally with customers and address any delivery concerns
- Return to the restaurant to pick up additional orders throughout your shift
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proof of vehicle insurance as required by state and company policy
- Reliable access to a vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours as scheduled
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable carrying and handling food deliveries safely
