Domino's is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at our 602 11th Avenue NW location in Arab, Alabama. In this full-time role, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant management, from daily operations to team leadership and financial performance, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and quality product.

Position Summary

As General Manager at our Arab, AL Domino's store, you'll be the operational leader responsible for driving business success. This position requires hands-on management of store operations, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction initiatives. You'll report directly to area leadership and be accountable for store profitability, staff development, and adherence to Domino's standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations including food preparation, delivery coordination, and customer service
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff members to ensure consistent performance and service quality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs and maintain product quality
• Monitor sales performance, cash handling, and financial metrics to ensure store profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company operating procedures
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain positive brand reputation
• Schedule staff efficiently and manage labor costs in accordance with budget guidelines

Requirements

• Proven restaurant management experience or equivalent operations background
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
• Solid understanding of food service operations, health and safety standards
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
