The Opportunity

As Assistant Manager at our Pearl River location, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to deliver excellent service and maintain operational excellence. You'll lead a crew of delivery drivers and in-store associates, ensuring every customer receives hot, quality pizza and outstanding service. This role balances front-line support with team leadership, giving you real insight into restaurant management while preparing you for future career growth with Domino's.

Core Duties

• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
• Schedule and manage delivery drivers and in-store crew members to meet customer demand
• Train crew members on food safety, quality standards, and customer service practices
• Monitor food preparation and order accuracy to maintain brand standards
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock orders with suppliers
• Assist with promotional activities and store marketing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Honest, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer skills
