The Opportunity

As Assistant Manager at Domino's in Fontana, you'll take a key leadership position in day-to-day store operations. You'll work closely with store leadership to maintain high operational standards, mentor team members, and contribute directly to business success.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop store team members, providing coaching and feedback to drive performance and growth
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and inventory control
• Ensure food quality standards and order accuracy across all customer transactions
• Create and maintain employee work schedules that align with store needs and team availability
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, building loyalty and satisfaction
• Maintain store cleanliness, food safety compliance, and adherence to company operational standards
• Support sales goals and operational efficiency through effective cost and resource management
• Communicate performance metrics and operational challenges with management and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior supervisory or assistant management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant operations technology
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift
• Comfort working both front-of-house and back-of-house roles as needed
