Core Duties

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with independent financial advisers
• Develop engagement strategies informed by market intelligence and product positioning
• Apply sales and product knowledge to identify partnership opportunities
• Support adviser communities with timely market insights and intelligence
• Contribute to team targets and relationship growth objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring or specialising in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Legal
• Demonstrated digital proficiency and comfort with technology platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively across teams
• No prior financial services industry experience required — we invest in training and development
