EY is hiring a Senior Manager for our SAP Finance Consulting practice in Conestee, Greenville County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead transformational enterprise finance engagements, build consulting teams, and drive measurable impact for clients across diverse industries through strategic technology solutions.

About the Role

You'll partner with enterprise clients to reimagine their financial operations through SAP-enabled business transformation. This position combines strategic client leadership with hands-on consulting delivery, allowing you to shape finance modernization initiatives and mentor the next generation of finance technology consultants.

What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale SAP finance implementations and process transformation projects from conception through completion
• Manage enterprise clients and stakeholder relationships, translating complex financial requirements into strategic solutions
• Oversee consulting engagement teams through system design, configuration, and optimization phases
• Develop business cases and ROI models demonstrating client value and financial benefit
• Identify finance automation and efficiency opportunities within enterprise resource planning frameworks
• Coach and develop consulting team members while establishing standards for delivery excellence
• Apply deep expertise in SAP Finance modules and contemporary finance operations best practices

What We're Looking For

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated success leading consulting engagements and managing executive-level client relationships
• Solid background in financial process redesign, enterprise system implementations, and finance operations
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams
• Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, controls, and enterprise finance practices
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
