EY-Parthenon is recruiting a Director to lead strategy and execution consulting for media and gaming companies from our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. In this full-time role, you'll drive transformative growth and organizational strategies for leading enterprises in the media and gaming sectors.

About the Role

As a Director within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution practice, you'll lead complex, high-impact consulting engagements focused on corporate strategy and growth initiatives for media and gaming clients. You'll work directly with C-suite leadership to identify strategic opportunities, shape organizational capabilities, and guide implementation of transformational initiatives. This position combines client-facing strategy work with team leadership, allowing you to mentor consultants while driving tangible business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive strategy consulting engagements for media and gaming industry clients
• Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for executive leadership and boards
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and financial modeling to inform strategy
• Guide organizations through transformation, growth planning, and operational improvement
• Identify market expansion opportunities and evaluate new business models
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Build strategic partnerships and nurture long-term client relationships
• Mentor and coach consultant teams on engagement execution and client interaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading strategy consulting projects at the director level or equivalent
• Strong background in corporate strategy, growth strategy, or business transformation
• Preferred experience with media and gaming industry clients or sector expertise
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize complex business information
• Excellent communication skills with strong presentation experience
• Established success building and managing enterprise client relationships
• Leadership experience managing consulting teams and developing junior staff
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
