EY-Parthenon is seeking an accomplished Director to lead Corporate and Growth Strategy engagements within our Health practice, helping clients shape ambitious futures with confidence. This is a full-time leadership opportunity based across EY's network of U.S. offices, including the Seattle area in King County.

About the Role

As a Director on the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution team, you will guide healthcare organizations through their most consequential strategic decisions. You will partner with senior client leaders to define growth agendas, evaluate market opportunities, and translate strategy into measurable execution. This role sits at the intersection of deep sector expertise and hands-on transformation, giving you the platform to influence outcomes across a globally connected organization of diverse, collaborative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and growth strategy projects for health sector clients from framing through delivery.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on portfolio choices, market entry, and value-creation opportunities.
• Translate analytical insight into practical execution roadmaps that clients can act on.
• Develop and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of rigor and high performance.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and proposals.

Qualifications

• Extensive strategy consulting experience, with a strong focus on the healthcare or life sciences sector.
• Demonstrated success leading complex corporate and growth strategy engagements.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and drive measurable impact.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and communication capabilities at the executive level.
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site across EY's U.S. office locations; this position is not remote.
