The Opportunity

This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on leadership, positioning you to influence how companies reimagine their marketing capabilities, technology platforms, and customer engagement models. You'll partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation outcomes that reshape studio marketing functions and accelerate business results.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute studio marketing transformation programs that align organizational strategy with operational capabilities
• Develop comprehensive marketing modernization roadmaps, including talent, process, technology, and organizational design assessments
• Lead client engagements across discovery, strategy development, and implementation, serving as primary consultant and strategic advisor
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing transformation recommendations and change management plans
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure transformation initiatives meet client expectations and drive measurable value
• Build client relationships, expand consulting scope, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Contribute to proposal development, pitch materials, and thought leadership content in marketing consulting

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing, consulting, or related business experience, with proven expertise in marketing transformation or organizational change
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital transformation, organizational design, and operational efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, synthesize complex information, and communicate recommendations to C-suite executives
• Project management and consulting delivery experience, with success managing multiple workstreams and timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to senior audiences
• MBA or equivalent advanced professional credential preferred; relevant consulting or marketing leadership experience required
