Part Time – Fulfillment Associate – Flexible

Lowe's is seeking a Full Time Fulfillment Associate to work in our Newberry, Newberry County facility. As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll master the fast-paced logistics of picking, staging, and shipping customer orders with precision and care.

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Associate role is central to Lowe's commitment to getting the right products to customers reliably and on schedule. You'll take ownership of the order fulfillment cycle—from selecting inventory and preparing shipments to conducting quality inspections and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This position requires both technical competency with warehouse equipment and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

What You'll Do

• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
• Inspect all items to ensure quality standards are met before orders leave the facility
• Validate completed orders against customer requirements and documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe conditions throughout staging and fulfillment areas
• Operate and maintain required certifications for powered equipment such as forklifts and order pickers
• Respond to customer questions and coordinate with team members to resolve issues
• Meet daily fulfillment targets while upholding quality and safety standards
