What You'll Do

• Pick and stage customer orders with accuracy and speed, ensuring every item meets our quality standards
• Inspect merchandise carefully before fulfillment to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe staging areas throughout your shift
• Validate completed orders against customer requests to prevent errors
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and order pickers according to safety protocols
• Assist customers directly by answering product questions and recommending solutions
• Coordinate with team members to route customer inquiries to the right associates
• Contribute to on-time order fulfillment and shipping deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Ability to obtain or maintain certification for powered equipment operation (forklift, order picker, and similar machinery)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order picking and packing
• Physical capability to lift and move products safely throughout your shift
• Reliable attendance and flexibility in scheduling
