About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker you will be the first point of contact for merchandise arriving at the distribution dock, ensuring that every item is received accurately, stored safely, and moved to the sales floor efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Unload delivery trucks and verify shipment contents against purchase orders.
• Transport merchandise to appropriate stock areas using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment.
• Stock shelves, end‑caps, and top‑stock locations while following planograms and safety guidelines.
• Organize back‑room inventory, rotate stock, and keep aisles clear of debris.
• Handle hazardous materials in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Perform routine safety checks, report any equipment issues, and assist with general store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily receiving and stocking targets.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate receiving and proper placement.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, physical environment that may involve standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or receiving roles is helpful but not required.
