About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive analytics and staffing models to forecast workforce needs and optimize organizational structure
- Build workforce dashboards and metrics reports that inform senior leadership decisions
- Support talent management and learning and development initiatives with data-driven insights
- Monitor and report on diversity initiatives, HR compliance, and employment regulations
- Partner with HR leaders to identify workforce trends and recommend talent management strategies
- Analyze labor market conditions and internal talent data to enhance recruitment and retention efforts
