Graduate Nurse – Mercy Lebanon, Full Time

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Graduate Nurse to deliver compassionate, quality patient care at our Lebanon, Laclede County facility. In this full-time role, you'll perform direct patient care across all age groups while building clinical expertise within an established, supportive nursing team.

About the Role

As a Graduate Nurse at Mercy Lebanon, you'll engage in comprehensive patient care—from initial assessment through treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcomes evaluation. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care activities across departments, ensuring every patient receives optimized, comfortable, and safe treatment that aligns with clinical best practices.

What You'll Do

• Assess patients of all ages and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed
• Coordinate care activities with ancillary departments to enhance patient experience and clinical results
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of nursing practice
• Document patient care clearly and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Support patients with activities of daily living and health education
• Follow established infection control and patient safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Valid nursing license in Missouri
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
