Wallick Communities is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Mariemont, Hamilton County. As an LPN in our senior living facility, you'll provide direct patient care, support our residents' wellness and independence, and work alongside a dedicated healthcare team committed to excellence in senior care.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts at our Mariemont senior living community. You'll earn $29 per hour, with shift differential pay available. As an LPN in our senior care setting, you are entrusted with meaningful patient care responsibilities and the opportunity to impact residents' quality of life each day.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and care team members to implement personalized care plans
- Support residents' daily living activities and personal care needs with professionalism and dignity
- Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive health records
- Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to health education and resident wellness initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care in a senior living environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
