Maintenance Technician – 3rd shift – Reynoldsburg

Join Bath & Body Works as a full-time Maintenance Technician on our 3rd shift team in Reynoldsburg, Franklin County. This is a hands-on position where you'll maintain critical facility systems and equipment that keep our operations running smoothly, working evening and night hours to support production and facility needs.

What This Role Involves

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our facility's upkeep, performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems. Working on the 3rd shift, you'll ensure our Reynoldsburg location remains in top operating condition during non-business hours, troubleshooting issues as they arise and documenting all work completed. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment, HVAC systems, and production machinery
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs during 3rd shift hours
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company protocols
• Report equipment failures and recommend repairs or replacements
• Assist with facility improvements and general upkeep

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or related technical field
• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift
• Commitment to safety and facility cleanliness
