About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works, you'll be the face of our brand on the sales floor, engaging customers and helping them discover fragrances and body care products that fit their lifestyle. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Troy location where you'll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and support store operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized assistance to customers shopping for fragrances, body care, and home fragrance products
• Build product knowledge and confidently recommend items based on customer preferences and needs
• Process transactions at the register while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent service
• Maintain store presentation and keep product displays organized and visually appealing
• Support store operations and collaborate effectively with team members
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and belong
• Meet sales goals while prioritizing customer satisfaction
