What This Role Involves

As a Registered Nurse on our Neuro team, you'll apply the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care across your assigned caseload. You'll take the lead in assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing clinical interventions. This role requires you to work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care. You'll maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and respect for patient rights while upholding professional accountability for every aspect of your care delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess neurological status and provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices
• Coordinate patient care activities with physicians, therapists, and other clinical departments
• Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and the effectiveness of care plans
• Supervise and evaluate care provided by nursing assistants and other direct care providers
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and medical records
• Ensure compliance with patient rights policies and confidentiality standards
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in acute patient care
• Demonstrated ability to apply nursing assessment and critical thinking to patient situations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Professional commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
• Ability to manage multiple patients and clinical priorities effectively
