As a Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse at Mercy in Turners, you'll deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. This night-shift role demands clinical expertise, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team. You'll apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care strategies that promote healing and family-centered support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
