This Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse position on Medical-Surgical 7B at Mercy focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care. You'll apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for your assigned patients while maintaining accountability for quality outcomes and patient safety.

What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and clinical responses to treatments
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and implement clinical interventions per physician orders
• Provide timely, accurate documentation of patient care and clinical assessments
• Coordinate care activities with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and discharge needs
• Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patient rights and dignity
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care as indicated
• Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse status
