Position Summary
As a Legal Fintech Analyst at Delivery Hero, you will play a crucial role in our Legal department, focusing on regulatory compliance, legal research, and operational support in the fintech sector. This remote position offers you the opportunity to navigate complex financial regulations while contributing to the success of one of the world's leading digital delivery platforms. You'll work alongside experienced legal professionals to ensure our payment, compliance, and broader fintech operations meet the highest standards across markets in Latin America and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on financial regulations, fintech compliance requirements, and emerging regulatory trends
- Review and assess legal and compliance risks related to payment processing, digital transactions, and fintech services
- Support the preparation of compliance documentation, regulatory submissions, and legal memoranda
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely guidance on their potential impact to business operations
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure fintech and payment products remain compliant with local and international regulations
- Assist with contract review, legal documentation, and regulatory filing support as needed
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations, fintech compliance, and payment processing frameworks
- Experience with legal research, regulatory analysis, or compliance work in the financial or technology sector
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable insights
- Familiarity with the Argentine financial regulatory environment and/or Latin American compliance landscape (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
