About the Role
As a CDL-A Truck Driver with TMC, you'll operate commercial flatbed freight trucks on established routes throughout the region, primarily serving regional lanes within a 1,200-mile radius of your home. This full-time position emphasizes driver stability and well-being, with guaranteed weekend home time and predictable scheduling. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support as you build a sustainable career in professional trucking.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport flatbed freight loads on assigned routes while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document equipment condition
- Maintain accurate electronic logbooks and delivery records
- Coordinate directly with dispatchers and customers to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery
- Participate actively in safety training and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
- Commitment to safety and federal trucking compliance
- Reliability and professional communication with team and customers
- Willingness to grow—recent graduates and limited-experience drivers are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
New drivers earn up to $100,000 annually, with average weekly pay between $1,350 and $1,600 based on routes and experience.
