What You'll Do
- Operate flatbed trucks safely and professionally for regional freight transportation
- Load, secure, and inspect cargo to meet DOT standards and load-specific requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and address maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate driver logs and compliance documentation under FMCSA regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers
- Navigate variable terrain and weather conditions with safety as the top priority
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a verifiable clean driving record
- Willingness to learn flatbed operations—experience preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Ability to pass DOT medical certification and comprehensive background screening

- Physical capability to assist with cargo securing and basic equipment maintenance
Compensation and Benefits
Earn up to $100,000 annually through performance-based percentage pay, with drivers typically earning $1,350–$1,600 per week. TMC offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates. Regular weekend home time is standard for this position.
