Role Overview

As Senior Coordinator for Academy Studios, you'll play a vital role in the Academy's Marketing, Communications and Content department, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Academy Studios. You'll provide essential production support and administrative coordination to ensure smooth operations across Academy Studios initiatives, working collaboratively with creative and business teams at our Beverly Hills location.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and logistics for Academy Studios projects
• Manage administrative workflows, documentation, and project tracking systems
• Support communications between creative teams, executives, and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership review
• Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
• Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation for production activities
• Maintain organized databases and filing systems for project records
