What You'll Do
- Direct quality assurance strategies, processes, and audits across manufacturing operations

- Oversee quality documentation, traceability systems, and regulatory submissions
- Mentor and develop quality team members to drive accountability and ownership
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to optimize quality and efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to reduce costs and enhance processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, quality management, or related field
- 8+ years of quality assurance or quality management experience in medical device manufacturing or healthcare
- Demonstrated expertise in FDA regulations, GMP compliance, and quality systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with quality management systems, auditing, and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
