About the Role
The VP of Sales, Channel Partnerships will shape and drive the channel ecosystem that accelerates adoption of PHIflow’s contract review technology across healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations. Working closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams, the role ensures partners are equipped, motivated, and rewarded to deliver measurable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement a comprehensive channel partnership strategy aligned with corporate revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including technology integrators, consulting firms, and value‑added resellers.
- Develop joint go‑to‑market plans, co‑marketing initiatives, and enablement programs that accelerate pipeline generation.
- Manage partner performance through regular business reviews, quota setting, and incentive optimization.
- Collaborate with product management to translate partner feedback into feature enhancements and market‑fit insights.
- Oversee contract negotiation, pricing structures, and deal registration processes to protect margins and ensure compliance.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing channel sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Report on channel metrics, forecast revenue, and provide executive leadership with actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of 10+ years in B2B sales leadership, with at least 5 years managing channel or alliance programs in SaaS, health‑tech, or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape and familiarity with contract lifecycle management or compliance solutions.
- Strong ability to craft and execute partnership models that drive recurring revenue and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for engaging C‑level executives and partner stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset: experience using CRM platforms, pipeline analytics, and performance dashboards to inform strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams in fast‑growing, innovative environments.
