About the Role

As a Shift Lead at our Queen Creek location, you'll own the day-to-day operations during your shifts, supporting both your team and our customers. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance food preparation, guest interaction, and team supervision while maintaining the standards that define Taco Bell.

What You'll Do

• Lead and direct crew members during assigned shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards throughout your shift
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and support efficient ordering processes
• Handle cash register operations and reconcile payments accurately
• Train newer team members and provide coaching to develop crew capabilities
• Greet guests warmly, respond to customer needs, and resolve concerns professionally
• Execute opening and closing procedures with attention to detail
• Communicate with store management about daily operations, guest feedback, and crew performance

What We're Looking For

• Prior restaurant or fast-service experience, with some supervisory or crew-leader background preferred
• Natural ability to motivate and support a team in a busy environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to food safety and customer service excellence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Age 16+ with availability to work scheduled shifts
