About the Role

This part‑time position is with an independent Taco Bell franchisee. The franchisee sets its own pay and benefits, and you will be employed directly by that local owner‑operator. The role focuses on providing excellent guest experiences while supporting a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare menu items according to Taco Bell’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including dining spaces, prep stations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory checks as needed.
• Work cooperatively with teammates to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly when assigned to the register.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous manner.
