About the Role
As a Listing Specialist, you will focus exclusively on securing and managing property listings for sellers across Central Florida. The position provides qualified seller leads and pre‑scheduled appointments, allowing you to concentrate on converting opportunities into signed agreements and growing a productive listing business.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on provided seller leads and attend scheduled appointments to present listing packages.
- Conduct comparative market analyses and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
- Create and execute customized marketing plans, including professional photography, virtual tours, and online exposure.
- Prepare listing presentations, negotiate offers, and guide sellers through the contract to close process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track activity metrics, and report weekly performance to team leadership.
- Collaborate with buyer agents and transaction coordinators to ensure a smooth closing experience.
- Participate in team training sessions and stay current on Florida real estate laws and MLS rules.
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida real estate license in good standing.
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close listing agreements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable working a full‑time schedule and managing a pipeline of leads.
