About the Role

As a Principal Enterprise Account Manager you will own a portfolio of named enterprise customers, develop strategic plans, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored AWS solutions that meet complex infrastructure needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account‑level go‑to‑market plans that align with AWS growth objectives.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships across multiple lines of business within each customer.
• Identify expansion opportunities, forecast revenue, and track performance against quota.
• Collaborate with solutions architects, product specialists, and finance to craft compelling value propositions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewal processes to maximize lifetime value.
• Represent customer feedback to influence AWS product roadmaps and service enhancements.
• Mentor junior account managers and share best practices across the sales organization.
